Unused and unopened products purchased from www.sorun.se are eligible to be returned to Sorun for a refund within 30 days from date of shipment. If your product is eligible for return, you will be responsible for shipping charges. If your item has been opened or used we follow the EU directives according to below;

Can I return an item I've bought online if I don't like it?

YES. Once an item purchased online is delivered, you have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep it. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to purchases of sealed goods that cannot be returned once unsealed.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt at Sorun. If your return is accepted, Sorun is not responsible for return shipping charges or taxes. 

If you purchased your Sorun product through a certified retailer, please follow their return policy for refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at hey@sorun.se.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (upto 7 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
